This Refund Policy applies to the Slnk Trade online store and all furniture, home products, and related accessories sold in the United States. Upon receiving the product, if the customer is not satisfied, they may request a refund in accordance with this policy.

Customers may submit a refund request within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied. Orders older than 14 days are not eligible for a refund under this policy.

Slnk Trade customer service will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the product meets the refund conditions and provide instructions for the return and logistics information.
8. Product Return Requirements
Customers must properly pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and return it to the following address:

9. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are covered by Slnk Trade.
10. Product Inspection and Refund Processing
